Welcome to the Continuing and Professional Education Online Help Desk
This help desk supports online courses accessible from the UC Davis CPE Online website.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.
Here’s how it works:
- Click on the “Open New Ticket” button – this opens an online form
- Make sure your name and email address display properly in their respective fields
- Select a help topic from the drop down list
- Input a subject line
- Input a message in the Message field
- Click on “Submit Ticket”
You will receive an email with the text of your ticket and a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Please be sure to save this email or write down the ticket number for your records so you can track your support request through to resolution. To check the ticket status, simply input your email address (the one associated with your enrollment) and the ticket number then click on “Check Status.” Please make sure that you are able to receive emails from the cpeonline.ucdavis.edu and cpeonlinehelpdesk.ucdavis.edu domain. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your ISP, or customer support for your email client.
